Pick Your Own Neighbors

Wanderer's End wants you to understand that our main goal is to recruit shareholders for our eco-village, for us all to share, while utilizing research of logical methods for sustainable living.

 

None of our plans will work if we don’t have a community working together to make it happen.

 

So to make the “pick your own neighbors” plan get more put in motion, we have devised a commission program to members that help us in our goals.

 

If you help us to recruit like-minded applicants and shareholders you will get paid up to $500! This is also another way to qualify for the Villager, Tradesman and Pioneer Shares.

 

You invite those already in your life, that when you move to our location, they would be sorely missed. These are family members outside of your household, that you just know would fit in our benefit from our village. These are the one's that you don't want to leave behind!

 

Heres how it works....

1. You apply to be a member and pay your $200 application fee. Then sign up to be a recruiter.

2. You let loved ones know of your plans and about WE.

3. They sign up, putting your name in the invitee box, and pay the $200 application fee.

4. You receive $100 of that fee for your commission. The other half goes to WE for administrative costs of the background check.

5. They complete the orientation and are invited to become a shareholder and purchase up to 4 shares.

6. You receive and additional $100 for each share purchased. 

7. If you recruit 2, then you qualifiy for the next higher level. This means lower monthly members for your life time lease and additional voting and security privledges.

 

YOU MUST HAVE COMPLETELY PAID YOUR OWN APPLICATION FEE TO RECEIVE ANY COMMISSIONS!

 

If un-paid, the commissions goes to pay your fees until fully paid.
