The 4 Elders each manage one of the departments below, excluding the WE Network Division. Salary will start after community is large enough to cover the monthly land payment using 20% of due income. The Elders monthly dues will also be waived after sponsoring 2 shareholders. Each division recieves 20% to cover expenses. Salary will be based on percentages of balance leftover not exceed $3000 monthly. Remaining balances will be brought forward.

How a village starts:

If there is not a group started in a certain location yet, the first to have interest has the option of starting a village or joining one already established. To start a village is hard, lots of networking and recruiting. The 1st member will be acting as 1st Elder and with our help will need to recruit 3 additional Elders. All Edlers have the option to step down, once there is an alternate member available to take over.

Once the Elders have been organized, the WE-Network works with them to find rural non restricted land. The WE-Network acts as the 5th Elder in dues, and responsibilities and voting power.

The property will be 10-20 acres, preferably with a natural water source and absolutely have no HOA or restrictions. needs to be owner financed as no more than $1000 down and $200 a month. This is to enable the budgeting to be sucessful. This 1st property will be the Orientation Campgrounds.

Please refer to the Pockets Of Freedom Map in the Land Section of the Knowledge Base in the WE  Network to view counties that are pre approved or prohibited.

After Elders are organized and land is found:

  • You vote amongst the Elders when to start monthly dues.

  • 1st membership due go to the WE Network (1/2 covers background checks, 1/2 goes to your sponsor)All payments are to made thru the WE Network. You will recieve a link monthly in your email on the 1st.

After WE-Network approves Elder Membership:

  • 2nd monthly payment is due by the 15th on the following month. This amount is added to a $200 fund from the WE Network. This should total $1000 to be paid to land agent, $200 for closing costs or local fees.

  • Elders may now work towards moving onto the property.

  • Township Elder contacts local businesses to set up delivery of building materials.

  • Forest Garden Elder begins work on property borders to create security mote garden. Places adds in local classifieds to offer santuary to unwanted livestock from area.

  • Eco Junk Elder begin escavation for clubhouse

  • All members commit to the 20 hours weekly to helping each other in accomplishing these tasks. You are the only local community you have!

  • WE Network and Elders continues to utilize internet social platforms, local classifieds and forums to promote the campground  and village opportunity.

  • WE Network contacts local VA and shelters to network and find members.

Each recuited sharehold is to pick a path based on knowledge and experience. This path is to be the business that is placed in a shop attached to their home in order to facilitate telecomutting. The hours allocated to working this feild is not considered community hours.

The following lists show the fields that need to be covered. If any are experienced in more than one field and they wish to purchase more than 1 share, then they need to choose their primary feild and they may  also purchase the 2nd share for the 2nd feild.

For multiple shares, the highest level of membership for field will be allocated to multiple owned shares. IE  1st share is a pioneer share, they also wish to cover a tradesmen feild, then any share purchased after the Pioneer share level is Pioneer, even if listed feild is of a lower level.

If a new member is able to cover an already chosen trade, it will be voted upon by consensus who will recieve the feild based on knowledge and experience. The 2nd shareholder may also work same field under the 1st at Tradesmen level.

For EACH share of membership purchased

(excluding ELDERS & DISCOUNTED WANDERERS shares):

  • You will be provided a 1/4 acre of land with 1400 sq foot community built home (using as much of your vision and design that we can while keeping inside WE guidelines.) This is free for you and your family, so long as your membership is in good standing. If multiple shares are purchased, then the 1/4 acre and square footage are interchangeable as long as maximums are not exceeded.

  • Each WE membership comes with the responsibility of 20 hours weekly of community labor (5 days for 2 hours in the morning & 2 in the evening) to maintain membership. Community work will be based on the current needs of the community and on members desires and capabilities.

  • Also included is Free shopping for community goods in our village- Some memberships come with your own shop in our Eco-Village! If your business is service related - set limits will be established for members for those services, but must also carry community goods to be available for members & for sale to public. (massage parlor also carries herbal massage oils).

  • Each village store will also have a virtual store front thru our website to enable online cash sales. All nonmember sales proceeds goes to member for their store. Later on, we plan to open to the public online, for donation-shopping of our goods. All members are interviewed to determine aspirations and desires for their lifelong career dreams and how it can be done sustainably.

  • Members are encouraged to enroll in educational courses (we help you get the grants) to be better prepared to run a shop in our village. (This shop is to be ran in addition to your 20 weekly community hours, to provide services to our members and visitors, though you choose your hours.)

  • GMO free foods from our farm- If your wise about our nations problems with GMO, this is the main deal-maker for most families!

  • Membership in our WE-Mart Shop or Sell Club We are a NON-PROFIT to enable us to organize and put into action our plans. Due to the many upfront legal costs, administrative costs and to keep costs for members low, we have fund raising opportunities available that can also provide you with daily cash with an awesome up to 50% commission. In your Welcome to WE Kit, that you'll receive, will include a catalog kit. These catalogs are also your Buying Club Catalogs. You get everything in it at a discount of up to 50% off. We do ask members to please also make an effort to share this with friends and family to sell at retail to help us out. There are no set rules that require you to sell, but please do so if you can. The money you make in commissions might end up covering your own shopping costs! (at this time the WE Mart is not available along with the WE Kit)

In order to deter uncommitted members, and to enable this project moves forward, all Elders & Pioneers must

  • Commit to get a camper & move onto & pioneering the land in as soon as few months!

Applicants must complete a 30 day orientation at our campgrounds before membership will be granted.

  • For Pioneers-Must have eligable trade or have sponsoring 2 additional memberships when applying. We pick our neighbors, and the best ones are the ones we know.

  • Pay Application Fee-we have set the application fee to mimic membership dues of $200. This covers your background check and administrative costs. Any remaining balance goes to our Non-profit Fundraiser to cover our legal fees.

  • Further payment of shares & Membership dues are not to be paid until Membership has been granted by consensus.
